You have almost the exact same specs as me, apart from the fact that I have an 8 core I7...
I can't really suggest much, as I don't have this problem... Or have ever seen it...
Actually, this man may be right! I have my sky quality slightly turned up.
ooh and i got sky quality all the way to the right, isnt that all maxed out? first i had it all the way left and had the same result.
That's maxed.... But still the same result?
I prefer the I7, as an IT professional, it's a joy to work with! And the 8 cores don't exactly hurt. ;)
A friend also pointed out that the -nomansky parameter is the equivilent of turning the sky quality slider all the way down.
Also, have you ever manually tweaked any of the games .ini files?
the start up parameters i had were: -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -sm4 -d3d10
now its only: -USEALLAVAILABLECORES
i never tweaked any game files.
What processor do you have? I read that the USEALLAVAILABLECORES parameter can cause FPS issues and stutter if your PC can already use all cores. I have removed the command to check and I see no loss or gain in FPS.
You just have to decide whether or not you want the blood moon or want an extra 20 fps and brighter nights
i use a intel i5 3570
now i dont know what to do hahah, if some say it helps gaining fps others say different. hard to follow it all then.
