THANKS A LOT FOR PERFECT GAME OPTIMIZATION. While I pressed alt+tab to turn on recording I got PC crash so I lost the fight but we've killed him. recorded only the zombododo as a proof cuz it spawns near to dodorex and the coordinates

When the 'Fear Evolved' update launches in a couple hours, we will send a $100 Steam Gift Card Code to the first player to post a video into this thread, of them killing the DodoRex on an OFFICIAL PvP Sever (they can be working with other Players/Tribe of course, but we'll only have one code to send to the player who actually posts the video).

It's really, really tough to kill the DodoRex -- we think ;)

Requires opening the Pause Menu during part of the video to show the server name.

You do realize that A. it would be obvious if an admin force tamed a dodorex. B The admin could open their console and prove if they used cheats. C They said it would be hard to kill so what does it matter if other servers are allowed to particpate given that they prove they havent cheated.

It would be impossible to prove you didn't have increased taming rates, force tamed dinos you use to defeat the dodorex, increased xp, increased gather, increased breeding, that kind of thing. That's why it's official only. Everyone is on the same playing field.

Or one person can record and say "Yeah look I didnt cheat" record, and have someone else on the server cheat. Much easier to just say dont take the risk and have the contest for offical servers only where they KNOW there are no admin commands behind the scenes.

likely because on private servers, they can be on easy modes, there is less competition, and you can have someone force spawn it in.

If the devs need to restrict this contest to their official servers, that obviously means other servers will get the fear-evolved event in a couple of hours too. ;)

Only 3 people max play on the server I play on, it really wouldnt take that much time to show everyone's console. And I plan on getting on the server as soon as the update comes out.
