stego eggs
how many stegos do you need to get a consistent egg laying?

Considering we do not know what you mean as consistent, start with three. Two fem and a male. If that is not enough add more females.

Egg laying is, well, random luck. No one can give you a good number even if you defined better what you are looking for. You will go through dry spells and days where they drop heavier.

alot, my stegos rarely produced any eggs to the point i had to force breed them to make fertilized eggs and use them for kibble.

It's been a week and I've only seen 1 stego egg 1 girl 1 boy

Yeah with 1 male and 1 female your prob better off force breeding them you can do it every 3 days i think.

fert eggs, as many as u want. Kibble eggs 6 females is the best i think. You can only have 4 eggs on the ground in 1 rendered area at one time and only 6 dinos able to lay - if i recal correctly

Yea I find that part anoying it's very counter productive when you gotta find wild eggs in order to get your own eggs

You need more females if you're often outside of the base.

That's the real problem, if your are in your base and have a look regularly on the stegos, you'll see that they drop lot of egg in a day.

I've 2 females, and, sunday, while I was painting the pen, I get 6 eggs. (and then, Thuersday, i get my first lvl116 (to 165) Argentavis :p)
