Personally I'd follow these steps.
1.) Set all dinos and structures to tribe owned (dinos to passive or neutral btw)
2.) Open your Tribe manager "L"
3.) Kick ALL players from tribe
4.) With you being the last player and owning everything, have the other tribe send you an invite to join tribe.
5.) Reinvite all your kicked teammates into the new empire!
Enjoy
-They set everything to tribe owned so that nothing gets blasted by turrets while we're doing the merge.
-They (temporarily) kick their offline and inactive tribemates.
-We add their members to our tribe except for one, who will become the owner because they're the last person.
Everything in the other tribe now belongs to the last person, when we invite them, do they select join or merge?
