Xbox One > PC Apparently

What kind of hardware was that Xbox running that Ark played and looked so beautifully?
Cus ya know, my 5930K, 32GB 3200 Mhz DDR4 Ram and 980ti sure don't play like that.

....Really? You can easily Play on Epic with that Hardware if You would Know anything about PC Games... Just tweak the settings.

Also: the Xbox Version is Already optimized because it is 1 Hardware Profile and Not 10000000 different ones. The Console Version Has probably a 30 fps cap and lower Resolution and some lowered Other Settings.

Even i Play on more than 35fps on high Settings with my 2 year old PC which Costed less than 700€...

you do understand we haven't had any ingame footage of ark on Xbox yet? many trailers nowadays are run on a high spec PC to get the best footage.

I've played this on 4 PCs here at home. Setup one, 4770k, 780ti, 32GB DDR3 Ram. Setup Two: 4790K, 770 Classified 4GB, 16GB DDR3 RAM. Setup 3: 6700K, 760 4GB, 32GB DDR3 RAM.

And my set up. I have tweaked and tweaked and tweaked settings but this game is NOT playable at a level where someone of my "knowledge" and PC power can say I enjoy the performance I get. Would you prefer screenshots of me playing on "EPIC" and showing you sub standard FPS?

Your definition of "Play on Epic" is entirely different than others.

I've got a 980 ti and I can sure as hell tell you Ark does NOT run at 60fps on max settings.

Shadows on Epic... Good Job You Really Know how to tweak Settings. I with You good Luck with a Setting that eats up to 10 fps while Doing NOTHING yet... But like You Said before: You have the Knowledge and Know how to tweak your Settings..

Also windowed which is a Great Point in Wasting fps too because Windows doesnt priorize the Game now. Well done

At the end of the development it will still look better on PC, but those footage for XBOX1 were amazing!
Good job devs, also i'm looking forward for better controller settings on PC (i'm looking at you "aiming down sight sensibility") thanks to the xbox guys!
