Server sliders explained

I've been boucing from forum to forum for hours.

Hasn't anyone done a guide to server settings?

The tick boxes are are self explanitory, but the sliders????? Is a High value better or worse.

I'm getting raped by just about everything, so I want to weaken the Dinos a bit whilst making my toon stronger, but I no idea what each slider actually does.

Could someone please assist me on this, as I don't enjoy Ark at the moment.

And before I start getting the flood of "Noob" comments - Yes I know I am.
I'm a casual player that likes to kick back and chill. I'm not into hardcore gaming.

Up player damage, and lower dino damage. Up player health recovery too, and lower dino health recovery. Up player resistance.

Beware, that these also effect your tamed dinos.

Honesltly, the sliders are pretty self explainitory too.

everything is self explanatory and if not --> use the official wiki and actuall read the description of the parameter. i use the ark server mananger and have about 50x more sliders than you probably have at the moment and every single one has an explanation. if there is an INTERVAL you are regulating, lowering the rate will lower the interval. if you have a RATE to regulate, increasing it will increase it ingame
