Keep Killing Myself Randomly When Hitting Trees

Randomly I kill myself when hitting a tree and fall through the world. Has happened to me on 2 different servers after 1 hour killed 22 times

Not sure about the falling part, but hitting trees hurts you and can kill you.

If you are actually just glitching through the mesh from hitting a tree, get screen shots and send an email to support, I for one have never had a tree related banishment to the nether waters.

That was resolved with the last patch 225.4. Were the servers updated to that version?
