get a root server instead. multiple gameservers hostable, teamspeak servers, a website, an own domain, you can change whatever you want on your server, you can install configuration tools.. should i go on? at least in germany (don't know where you live) you can get root servers for 20$ per month that have at least 16gb ram or even more

I have Survival Servers, i paid $86.00 for 3 months and have had no issues. It is super easy to use and if there are any issues they get them fixed very fast i will def be giving them nearly another $100 for 3 more months

For a typical 50 slot server (if full) Ark can pull up to 8 Gigs of RAM or higher. The only way to have a smooth as possible server for Ark is to be on a full dedicated server. It cost more money but the difference between a dedicated and rented server on 2 Gigs of RAM is day and night.

But if cheap and decent is what you want check out www.cheaparkservers.com

If you want a full dedicated I use www.eoreality.net

We use Host Havoc. They are in Canada. They have good prices and offer a discount for multiple servers (we have 2, one for standard map and one for Valhalla). We also use them for TS. Many people use them and we have very low ping and awesome customer service.

How can they call it root server and then talk about guaranteed virtual CPU cores? They are selling vServers, lying in the customers face!

root servers are NOT dedicated servers. read what a root server is.. if you really NEED real cores get a dedicated server. however you will get everything virtualized on most gameserver hosts and can only host a gameserver.. no need for real cpu cores

Yeeze, why do terms always change? Around 5 to 10 years ago if you bought a root server it was a dedicated server, now it's "dedicated or virtual with root access" (source: Wikipedia). Well, my fault then.
