Best way to do it? Preferably with dinos (and a way where I can fill a large storage with the artifact easily)

The only way WITH a dino is to build ramps and take a wolf down there.

Without a Dino the easiest way is to go with a group.

easiest way down is to take a parachute
now what i would love to see is anti torpor armor, provides very little protection from damage, but you cant take any torpor damage with a full set

best way , build small base in the caves, near small water area

bring good argentavis egg ( fertilized ) raise that ♥♥♥♥ till adult, and start leveling by killing bat ( best way to kill bat with argent is go kiss the wall and spam left click , the bat will follow u and ull kill most of them w/o losing much health ) and other creatures ( spider/scorp ). After that u can have 1 easy definite way to farm loot crate ( dont follow above suggestion , ramps/foundation will make loot crate stop spawning ) and u can get that artifact as many as u want


( suggestion above assuming you're not in PVE server or any unofficial server that doesnt allowed building in the caves )

Could always use foundation and ramp only whem getting out of the cave. Since going down is quite.. Easy.. and demolish it once nearly outside

Not true, there's plenty of ways of doing this with dinos, for example:

-Bring a frog and set it to follow you, jump off the ledge with a parachute, take the artifact and then go back up using your frog.

-Bring a Saber or Wolf, then do the same thing you did with the frog.

-(This is an exploit but it works) bring a ptera to the cave, set it to follow and then go through the water, it should be able to glitch through the wall (currently the easiest method)

hey i have aproblem with ARK i cant open it. recently i downloaded OSX captain in my mac book and each time i try to open ark it just plays the music and shows a white screnn for 2 seconds and then return to steam

Well frogs have terrible attack range.. Err.. Like, against the bats, everything else is fine but Dead Isle's cave is full of those

Wolf isn't as good as a saber imo

Glitch a Ptera in there. It's tricky, but possible at the moment. Fly down to the artifact. Fly up. Glitch the Ptera back out.

Ugh. Lol, im trying to fill large storage with artifact. If I leave box at top with a bed and foundation will it kill the loot crate spawn?

No. Also leave a dino gate so the other creatures don't get in.

After water. Cant lol, admin would demo it. The rule on server is no cave blocking

Leave it unlocked and let them know it's there. But if they still don't budge.. Then Tough Luck

I keep a ptera that I glitched through the wall inside the cave. It's his home now :). Fly down, grab loot crate/artifact fly back up, park him and leave til the next time.
