According to that you are using an integrated intel family chipset GPU... But you have nVidia Drivers installed for some reason?
If the nVidia Dedicated GPU has been removed... put it back. check fi the card is even workign still. You can't run ark on integrated graphics chips. not near enough power. And if u do manage to get it to run. it won't be a playable FPS.

You need a dedicated graphics card inside the computer. At the moment it uses the built in graphics chip on the CPU
