Cementing Paste is trivial. Tame a frog and you'll have more of it than you need.

Had 2 frogs. 1 Male, 1 Female. Took them out to kill bugs for cementing paste.
Their tongues touched. Now they are french kissing and will not move or take any commands.

Except that on official PVE servers getting bugs only happens if youre on at 3am EST. otherwise, GL finding dino spawns including bugs! OH that's right! Goto a private server!

Ah right forgot about the polymer needing cementing paste, my mistake.

It is a lot but its not unfathomable to get that much... just a lot of work.

Though from what I see... for its space requirement... its not worth the time and effort to build one of these. I can build 18 refining forges and have them placed so you can get to them and won't impede moving dinos past them, while just one of this requires a room to itself basically.

I can have well over 2k in just over 30 minutes of farming. Not sure where you're farming but in 2 or 3 days I could have multiple storage boxes filled to the brim.
