How to change time limit of dino decay/claiming time?

I'm trying to help my friend config our server...But were both having trouble finding the commands to deactive/activate and/or fix the time limits?

PvPStructureDecay=true (Structures that are not used will now decay over time on PvP servers. )
DisableDinoDecayPvE=false (Enables/Disables Dino Decay on PvE servers. )
PvEDinoDecayPeriodMultiplier=1.0 (Changes the rate at which Dino's Decay on PvE servers. )
