Unbelievable luck
I logged in to my PVP official server of choice today to find my stashes of small crates had been raided by a lvl 300+ Lightning Wyvern.

On The Island one stash ( 2 small crates) was located close to the metal spawn at Lat 80, Lon 45. Hidden in undergrowth right under some rocks. I even had trouble finding it myself from time to time it was so well hidden.

The other was hidden in ocean undergrowth at Lat 88, Lon 55. Completely invisible if passing by (3 x small crates).

They were raided within 20 game time minutes of each other. which I make to be just a couple of minutes real time.

It is almost unbelievable that someone could happen upon them so fast one after the other, you'd have to almost travel directly there and immediately see it.

Is there some sort of radar hack or cheat that someone is using?

1. You're making the assumption that no one was watching you when you were going to those stashes to put things. They may have made a note of it and simply waited until such time later as they thought you'd put plenty of worthy things in them. After all, a common thing official pvp server people do is watch people building up, letting them feel they have a false sense of security and then raiding them. To strong raiders, you're little more than a harvestable, farming node.

2. You also assume that your "hidden" spots are not known spots by pvpers that attempt to hide stuff. Technically, there's no such thing as a "hidden spot" after 7 years on most maps.... just again the false sense of security in believing of such. I mean also remember you gave away the coordinates in this post as a point of evidence for that also being the case....

All in all, welcome to official server game play. There are only around 1700ish(45% pvp) official servers and then by contrast there are over 70,000+ unofficial servers(with 45% or so being pvp or pvpve). The majority of players play unofficials and you're learning some of the reasons why.

All in all consider making better choices per your wants.

This to some degree is the issue, as much as I'd like to transferring creatures between maps just makes it incredibly harder for even fresh spawns, not to mention they learnt how to breed ultimate dinosaurs and by doing so and spending all the time, it's going to be extremely hard to kill.

I tried PvE official servers and well there's gateframes/foundations/pillars/spawn blockers etc so can't win on official, don't think I'd move to unofficial so I guess I'll just stick to my SP
