Mosasaurus raft destroyers :-(

My secondary base built on a raft and parked far out in the sea is gone to Mosasaurus trolls sinking it.

No, i dont request a Mosasaurus nerf but some kind of metal ship just to be troll-safe.

C4 attack is ok like you can do on a normal base, but no cheap dino-base-destruction.

Building metal foundations on a raft will prevent wild dinos/player dinos from damaging it. It will not save your from a pike/axe/pick attack under the boat though.

Have you built pillars downward and encased the bottom in metal, too?

btw: mosasaurus isn't cheap dino greafing, it's expensive to tame one


using a phiomia to destroy rafts would be cheap

Getting a Mosa isn't easy. What you are asking for is a nearly indestructible warship.

Tame yourself a Mosa and a couple megas, leave them by your raft to guard it.

60 foot 5 ton ANYTHING > 9 foot raft made of log tied together with plant fiber.

It really is your fault for not encasing the bottom of the raft in metal.

Hmm complete metal cover is eating so many structures, can you C4 a raft from the bottom ? I mean attach it as a combat diver and BOOM ?
I would rather risk the Mosasaurus attack and have more structures for the raft base on Top.

But if the trolls can just bomb the 20.000 wooden structure points from below the whole raft concept is full fail.

Yes there are. Tame a few Itchy's, Strap C4 on them. Look at raft from underwater with Itchy's. Blow the attack my target whistle.

No more raft.
