Don't want the awkwardness of walking in on tribemates at the wrong time.
Allow me:

-2 hour mating time in real life
-24 week cooldown
-45 day gestation
That's all real time.
-80 hour baby stage where it needs to be constantly fed
-120 hour juvenile stage, can't eat from troughs
-350 hour adolescent stage where it follows you with Ptera level AI and runs from all fights, can't be changed
Then at adult it's an endgame tame with ♥♥♥♥ AI that can't be ridden. "I'm not budging on human mating."
Hope you enjoy that, as for the little quote at the end, nothing against the devs, just their breeding syst- *BANNED*
LOL I'd imagine that players would make private areas for such activities lol
This would also require the Au Naturale mod on servers that want realism!!! LOL
There are no washing machines in ARK. Your post is irrelevant!
Jesus...and I thought I was lonely...But seriously...that would take some heavy duty awesome computer skills for that sorta thing...Making humans able to mate, have a child...You think you gotta babysit dino's? Humans are gonna take much longer, not to mention the wailing that would probably attract other dino's, then comes the female pregnancy...the female character would of course be hardly able to move after some time, then water and food would go ape crap...one minute she's starving and the next she's full and the next she'll be wanting to eat dino kibble.
Then the birth! Gotta babysit the kid, put it in a room where other dino's can't hear it's crying, feed it....something? then wait 3 days and you have a human! But be careful! This kid will want to wander so put that little bugger in a locked room with admin only access and pray it doesn't figure out how to unlock it using the game's mechanics...because y'know....
1: Humans are clever and curious creatures and we already have little monkeys said to be able to open locked doors
2: HUMANS ARE CURIOUS. THEY WILL RUN UP TO A DIMORPHIDON BECAUSE IT LOOKS CUTE AND DECIDE TO POKE IT WITH A STICK.
Then...long story short you'll have another human...but this human will act as a super smart dino. You wont be able to ride it, but you could have it farm for you, gather materials....like equip the youngin with a pick or a hatchet and have it mine rocks for you...I mean....this could actually be done I think...But would take a crap ton of time...and you'll have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ characters using a female character as a danged baby pumper in order to get more humans to do their dirty work because they're too lazy to do so...Because I'm sure we all know how people can get in MMO's and when 'they feel safe on the other side of their screen so nothing can actually hurt them so they be an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because they can' ...
So! With all that said...I say bring it on!!!!! But bring some kind of limit to it xD .

If you're another female player, you'd have to adopt. I recommend camp near spawn points and look for a newb that you both can love. Narc them, and drag them home to raise.
...
In reality before this gets too far, devs did say no AI tribemates.
Stuck on rocks.
Stuck on trees.
Stuck in holes.
Stuck on stuff that is not even there.
Walks into water and drowns.
Stuck in doorway.
Follows you by constantly running in circles around you and then stopping right in front of you.
Follows you, but when you stop, it keeps going and glitches into you, so neither of you can move.
Runs away when attacked.
You call them and they push you off a cliff.
They glitch into the ground/rock/tree and just die, with no death notification.
Not to mention, will probably get in the way during battle and you will just end up killing them.
Not saying about problems with your narcotics supplies that will mesteriously dissapear over time...
