Clearance issue with metal sloped roof and metal doorframe
i've tried different angles of placement and removing and replacing the floors and ceilings to see if it had something to do with the snappoints, and nothing changes except i ran through a lot of materials. here is apicture showing proper clearance, but my character cannot seem to walk through the doorway, has anyone else encountered this issue? or is it just me? any advise would be appreciated.

yes it also seems to be an issue sometimes when you place ramps to a door. you end up needing to crouch to get through. This minor detail does need to be fixed, but it's not a game breaker. I'd suggest reporsting this in either the Suggestions subforum or Bugs subforum, or both.

right on, thanks for a quick reply, ive never actually used the metal structures in this configuration before, so this is something new to me. i just wanted to get a feel for how big the scope of this issue may or may not have been, i shall post in the bug and suggestion area as you suggested

I had this happen when building a stone storage hut. No ramps or angled roofs used in the construction and still need to crouch to enter. I have found it more amusing then annoying so I have not tried to fix it lol.

Yes I have also run into it with Stone and Thatch, especially when using ceilings connected to foundations with or without ramps. It's an issue either way, again annoying (and slightly amusing) but not game breaking. So as long as the devs are made aware that it IS an issue they will get to it eventually.
