Resetting Mating Timer? (sp)
Is there anyway to reset the mating timer of a dino on single player? I apparently missed the birth of my first direwolf and now have to wait a full day plus five hours to remate that direwolf w/ another (they're my only high level wolves), which I really don't want to do nor do I think I even really have the time to wait that long.

Sp: summon new wolf, force tame (when female), breed again and pay close attention!

Since you're in single player, can't you just change the interval in the game INI?

The server INI settings are:

New Server Game.ini configurable values:
[/script/shootergame.shootergamemode]
MatingIntervalMultiplier=1.0
EggHatchSpeedMultiplier=1.0
BabyMatureSpeedMultiplier=1.0

You should be able to just set it to something like 0.1 or whatever you want.

My guess is they're the same for SP just gotta figure out where the ini file is for single player games. This might be out of date but it's a start:

For single player maps go to: "Steam\SteamApps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Game.ini"

its long past being useful to ya now but someone else might need to know, you take it to an obelisk and upload then download it, the timer will have reset

Put inifinitestats on yourself to ensure that you don't accidentally die of starvation or thirst, then use Slomo 20 to speed up time and go do something else for an hour or so as time speeds up, then when you get back use slomo 1 to put time back to normal.

I tried that and it made it worse. I uploaded my Spino with 16 hours remaining and downloaded it some seconds later and now it has 1d 20h remaining. I used no obelisk but a supply beacon on Abberation for it.
Also in another discussion they said the multiplier only affects the next mating after a server restart. So it seems there is no way to lower the mating time than use 'slomo 20' or something to make the time run faster. If you have other dinos you have to take care none dies of hunger, as well as yourself.

the upload oblisk method only works if your speed of breeding timer was reset.. there is a potion mod that will create a potion that resets the breeding clock. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1793080683&searchtext=potions
