Theres already a ton of whining about insects, what do you think would happen when they get instantly killed whenever they try getting a drop? In singleplayer, it would end up with maybe 2-3 alphas per beacon area .. gg?
Having them spawn at item drops would cause a lot of issues.
Check around the mountains, clear our spawns there. You will find them eventually.
I can still go for ages without finding any and I'm really not a fan of killing animals for the sake of respawning although I still do it sometimes.
Thanks for the responses though guys.
you made a comment on my thread saying you've made this suggestion a while back?
VanillaAlphaRaptorChance=2
VanillaAlphaCarnoChance=2
use these under server settings in GameUserSettings.ini or something like that, if there is no server settings make one. default chance for alpha to spawn is 2 percent when that type of dino spawns changeing the number increases the chance, 10 instead of 2 would equal 10%, etc.
Yes, and who said you asked for that?
The similarity in the posts are that people want beacon drops(some in my case) to be more challenging hence my reason for posting on the thread you created. Having a larger group of people asking for something SIMILAR would have a bigger chance in getting a change in that direction.
