WHY is it so slow and laggy if i have a brand new computer and also all the requirements

my game is super slow and laggy i dont know why. I have all the requirements and also the taming bar is not showing can some one please tell me what to do i really want to play this game

On your laptop, no. You can look up launch options for steam but I doubt that will help you very much.
