can you disable red outline when you're low on health?

Esc->Options As far as i know you can disable the purple one, so I think the red is possible too.

the red doesn't bother me much.
It's the bloody beeping heart monitor they hook up to you which bothers me, that sucker is HEAVY, you move so slow dragging it along... :)
