What happened here is that a mod was updated, and you logged on and received that update. Everyone on the server was already playing when the update was released, so they are having no conflicts. The only way for you to be ablet to get in is to contact the server admin and have him update any mods running on the server through the ARK Server Manager
Thanks for the responses/help.
1- GO TO YOUR WORKSHOP IN ARK
2- GO AND UNSUBSCRIBI ALL MODS YOU HAVE
3- LAUNCHED THE SERVER AND REDOWNLOAD THE MODS
4- HAVE FUN :D
Ive completely uninstalled ark, the mods, deleted the mod content from BOTH folders "Steamapps mod content & Workshop mod folder" - me and a friend, both together, downloaded ark, both have the EXACT same versions, yet he joins the server, it starts downloading the mods etc absolutely fine for him - now hes on.
But me? Server mismatch mods ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ over and over, its ridiculous now.
Exit and Restart Steam 3-4 times as Steam does not properly refresh the Mod Updates as you are supose to get them.
Fix2:
Delete the contents of your Mods folder
If neither of them work then it is most def. server side (unless the admin constantly keeps them up to date[not hard]) if that is the case restart your computer.
