Dire wolf howl is AWESOME!

Am I the only one who thinks the dire wolf howl is epic?? I wish it was louder and carried over some terrain, but otherwise I LOVE it.

I would've been rather upset if Devs had used some stock wolf-howl, which most realistic howls do not actually sound like.
I personally think the wolf howl currently is awesomely unique and VERY realistic.

Besides- who would say the grey wolf & dire wolf had the exact same howl? :3 We wouldn't and may never know for sure.

Nonetheless, 9/10 (-1 for loudness) for the howl!

I personally think it's lacking, but since it doesn't seem to server a purpose (like the rex roar) doesn't really matter.

Sounds more like a beagles howl than a Wolves howl to me....

It reminds me a lot of the wolves I've seen at Busch gardens when they howl. Maybe thats why I like it so much? xD

its not realistic but it is cute. we have to consider its also now a PET wolf, which may be why the devs used what sounds like an alaskan malamute or huskys "wooo woo" howl (more likely malamute with how deep it is, id know-> my profile). maybe they could add a more blood curdling call-of-the-wild howl but alongside the existing malamute howl? you could have a 50/50 chance of cutesy wootsy or scary not knowing which you'll get when trying to intimidate enemies.

I'd love the idea of different howls in different situations..Maybe during a fight (like when fight music starts) you have the option to switch to a more menacing howl? :D

I like the howl, but I think it is way too quiet. Also it would be cool for wild wolves to howl so that at night you might hear the howl of a hunting direwolf

Would be cool if they brought back the pack alpha buff for the highest level wolf in the pack. And make that wolfs howl more aggressive and authoritative than the others. When its in a pack and providing the buff, it howls like an alpha and the rest in the pack howl in response like they do now.

I was kinda hoping the howl would make other dire wolves come to you, even wild ones. But wild dire wolves won't attack you if you are on a dire wolf alpha or something.
