Dilophosaurus Spit
Hello survivors & developers galore,

I have managed to gather a group of 6 Dilophosaurus together as tamed guard animals. I was wondering if their spit affects other dinos?

I see them all attack intruder Carnivors and I don't see them effected much. They go down from the bites it seems because not a one fell paralized as stated in the dossiers.

Does anybody have a link to the actual numbers of torpor each dino can do and take (like a stat sheet for each creature)?

If not does anybody know how much Torpor the spit does per second?

And second does the spit do Hit Point Damage?

I don't see any thing like stats on the wiki but I could just be showing old man blindness lol.

the spit deal a fixed damage ignoring armor altho its rather low, between 5 and 25 damage give or take (on a high armored player tho its generally their strongest attack).

The spit will slow dinos movement for 10 sec (and blind human hit for the same 10sec) which when ridden will cause rubber banding due to the client not knowing the dino was slowed.

The spit deal no torpor damage.

The torpor each dino can take is by dino type and level, specific numbers can be found in calculators, but i cant remember the url by heart, ark taming calculator on google should give you good result tho.

Hey Thanks Jey123456!

They should change the description in the dossier because it states that the spit weakens prey and causes paralysis. I assumed that was the knock out effect.

I love my small pack of Dilos and hunting with them is very cool. They are not super high level or anything as I got them in my lower levels. But they are tough little creatures all the same ;)

A group of well trained dilos can be quite evil... Just have to get them up to 1000+ HP then invest in damage and some speed...
Just ask the many would be raiders who wrote off those 5 cute dilos roaming about that made up my Dilo death squad.
