bij het opstarten van de game loopt hij al vast net voor de caracter creation wat moet ik doen om dit te voorkomen want anders vind ik dit zeer zonden van mijn geld.

ehm ja ik ben niet zo'n computer fanaat dus helaas weet ik ook niet wat spec is van mijn computer :(

ga naar start. type in uitvoeren. druk daarop , typ dxdiag (daarna druk je op OK) en dan krijg je al je specs. Kopieer die en post die hier

ik denk dat je werkgeheugen en je videokaart het probleem zijn....
Je hebt toch al gauw 8gb werkgeheugen nodig en een betere videokaart. Het spel is namelijk nog in early access dus weining optimalisatie en is dus nogal zwaar.

Je hebt 3 opties:
1. Probeer het spel te refunden via steam (geen idee hoe dat in zijn werk gaat maar ik heb gehoord dat dat kan als je het spel nog maar net hebt gekocht).
2. koop een betere laptop/pc
3. Wacht tot het spel is officieel uitgebracht en dan is het beter geoptimaliseerd
