Admin usage list for cheat codes

hello,

It has been brought to my attention that someone on my rented server may have gained access to the password I use for the cheats functions.

I want to clear the list of cheats that have already been used when you hit tab and "up" arrow.

This way I can better monitor and see what has been used. I simply do not remember all I have done since I started my rented server and I need a fresh look. I want to keep the same PW in hopes of catching them. I am hoping my late night forum post goes unnoticed by this person(s).

How does one clear the cheats list in the tab screen "in game"?

The history of cheats used in your game client isn't shared with other people, those are what you've used yourself. You can't be on 24 hours a day and monitor everyone constantly. Just issue a statement in the daily message if it's that important, change the password and move on. Without any real logs, which there are none of yet, there's nothing you can do to prove someone was using cheats unless they have something that which would be impossible to obtain under normal means.

that list is actually specific to you and you alone. I am not aware of a way to see the list of another person. However what you can do is enable admin logging on the server without telling anyone. The next time they use a cheat it shows up. :)

AdminLogging=True - All Admin Commands are logged in chat for all players to see. Set in GameUserSettings.ini. Be warned everyone will see what admins are doing. Even if you just do it temporary until you catch him, just make sure all of your trusted Admins DONT use cheat commands until you have caught him.

That only logs into the chat, where is the chat log for those who were not logged in at the time?

Use ARKon from FaceWound

Leave it on. It will record everything in the chatbox. However theres some issue on the timestamp but at least it will save things be shown in the chat box.
