Can I run Ark on my computer?
I have an Hp pavilion 550-047c and am wondering if I can run the game. If not, what I must do to be able to run it.

You would need to at least put a video card in it.

beyond the video card you could run it just dont know how well

Not to be mean, but you really need to learn to use Google asparas17.
Might want to learn a bit about PC gaming, too.

Your computer's default graphics card will not handle the game well, even at lowest settings.
The current solution is to upgrade your graphics card. Google is your friend in that respect as well.

Again - not trolling here (DYLAN ^^^^) but just letting you know how it is.

no dedicated graphics card, you need one, gtx 745 is what i use, will get you 25 fps on medium with high textures, cost 50 bucks, also i would upgrade your processor, single core if i read it right, meaning it will be very limited once this game is optimized, while the game right now does not use all cores, (unless told in your settings) it will in the future, which will make it run better, so buy a dedicated graphics card (one i posted is pretty low end one, but is strong enough for gta 5 at 60 fps, no im not comparing it, im just saying what it does on a game that is done)
now a 980 ti will get you some settings on epic, dont think 60 fps epic, but you will get epic with playable frames (for me anything above 10-15 is playable others is 30 and people say it gets them 40) processor will need an upgrade, and then ram, but those can wait, you need a real card first (the hd is considered an integrated, they suck)
now i know i just seem like im saying geberish, can someone summerize this for him

@op, look for a dedicated graphics card, or if you have a budget we are more than happy to help you find the best card to fit said budget, as that is way cheaper than buying an entire new computer, they can range from say 50 usd, to 280 usd i believe, or more, they are easy to install and recommend you do it yourself unless you have little children or pets that shed hair everywher (the hair can cause major issues)
