"Tameable by anyone" But how do *I* tame it?

So I was able to knock out a Quetzal on my Single player champaign using the "carry a Scorp with your Argent and just make it hit it a lot" strategy and yay, it worked! But when I went to go claim my prize... It says it's Tameable by Anyone. So I'm like, "K, I'm the only one here, no problem, right?"
But it won't eat anything. I have Kibble AND standard meat on it and it's Food meter is down way past where it should have started munching on stuff.

So how do I turn "Tamable by Anyone" to Tameable by ME??

If you used cheats on your world then I don't think it will tame lmao it happend to me too

I don't use any cheats, but I do have one mod that just alters colors. So idk. .-.

Yes indeed.

This happened to me too, but all I had to do was take the food out of its inventory and then put it back in. So try that maybe?

Mine was a bit odd too when I knocked it down with the scorp method.

At first, it only showed an unconcious bar, no taming bar, like an untamable creature. But, the bar appeared when I went away and came back, so it worked out ok.

Found this topic after panicking when my solo quetz knockout wouldn't let me tame either. Silver's method of taking the food out then putting it back in again worked for me as well, thanks guys, hope it gets patched!

i once had random, knocked out, hurt dinos laying about my place on my server and they also taid that they were tameable by anyone, is this related??

and why were there random knocked out things anyway???????

That is how you switch the taming loyalty of a neutral tame. Works the same way on the bosses in sotf.

So i found am unconscious Dino in the wild. I looked around for other Players.... Nodody near it... So i go the Dino and looked at it... Tamable by anyone... I ♥♥♥♥ in my Pants 3 times i think....
I FOUND A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GIGANTOSAURUS LEVEL 116....
