I'm sure the "MatingIntervalMultiplier" setting is true to its name and is a multiplier, so the higher the value the longer the cooldown between mating attempts.

This is the gamepedia description of the setting:
"Higher number increases (on a percentage scale) interval between which dinosaurs can mate
Example: MatingIntervalMultiplier=0.5 would allow dinosaurs to mate 50% sooner (Patch 219.0)"

so it will be -80.0 ? instead of a positive ?

MatingIntervalMultiplier=0.01
EggHatchSpeedMultiplier=30.0
BabyMatureSpeedMultiplier=300.0

This is mine, which seems to be working pretty well.

How long does it take to re-breed ?

0.01 would be 100 times faster between breedings. For example: If the normal time is 24 hours between each breeding, it would be ~24 minutes if I'm right.

Normal MatingIntervalMultiplier is 1 and it usually takes from 12 hours up to 48 hours between each breeding.

P.S It won't change the current timer on the dinos that you had 60 days left on, only on dinos that you mate after you have changed it. So you won't be able to breed those dinos for 60 days.

Have a great day!
