What does "Max structures in range" do?
Does lowering it down makes it so that resources can spawn even if it's near building? or vise versa?

It's the amount of structures you can have within a certain range/area.

We made a base with about 5000 structures on our server and had to increase it to 6000 before we oculd continue building.
