first you ask on the black ops 3 forum if you could run this game, now you ask on an unfinished game that needs way better hardware.. still NO. get a better pc. if your gpu is this bad, the rest of the hardware is probably bad too

simple answer, no. You cannot run an intensive game on a gpu that was intended for word processing and browing the internet.

turn it up to 1080 with 100% scaling and you wouldn't even be able to play on low with those settings..

it is on 1080p. well actually it's 1920x1200. So it takes every so slightly more, and i can still run it on high, and i haven't ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with scaling so i assume it's still 100%

the 750 ti is good for medium at 720p you can go to 1080p but only if you castrate the game with -sm4 or worse -d3d10

ehhh, i get like 30-40fps pretty consistently. I only really lose frames when loading up my neighbours base. Or some of the other BIg tribes bases.
The only thing i've done is turned off ground clutter (but i didn't like that anyway) and turned down sky quality to like half.

I run it on a laptop with a Geforce GT 555M at 30 fps on low settings and no sky effects. On a good day I can go to medium settings. I'm pretty happy with that. The guy that has trouble with a GTX 980 is clearly doing something wrong.
