i saw the website, the website said it wasn't ridable

Either animal name you posted on the ark gamepida site doesn't say anything about being able to ride or not. And neither have the complete info. As neither are out yet. So until the devs post more info. We don't know.

The Wikipages for both don't say it's rideable, which is not the same as if they stated they were not rideable.
Which still woulden't mean anything, as Titanoboa for example was originally intended to not be tameable at all and the devs already stated that this will be changed.

As if the dossiers would be all competely true... if they were, the Ovi would collect eggs ("Oviraptors will also autonomously do the dirty work of collecting them on your behalf without attracting unwanted attention."), the Megaloceros would cause bleeding ("Finally, its charging horn attack tends to cause targets to "bleed", decreasing their health, stamina, and speed until healed!") and the Titanomyrnas wouldn't be aggressive. ("Titanomyrma usually goes about it's business unless provoked.").

Reminds me a bit of the clicks game Mechwarrior Dark Age. You've got a Mech with Lasers according to the dossier that does ballistic damage ingame.
