Why Giganotosaurus so big, strong in the game? In the real it was bigger then rex but smaller then spino.

Because none of the creatures in this game ever existed. They're all sub-species created by the devs

Because this isn't real life...

All the dinos realistic expect this one .

Lol! Not by a long shot they're not! Seriously!

The frog in reality was around the size of a rabbit, in game you can ride it. Only a few of the dinos are scaled to how they actually were while most are artistic license or scaled along the lines of jurassic park. This said if your doing single player mode check out the small gigas mod.

This isn't "the real." If you want to complain about giga, you have to bring to light the rest. T-rex wasn't that big. Spino would've walked on its knuckles, pteranodons wouldn't be able to carry humans, the dragon, broodmother, or megapithecus wouldn't exist. There many more things, but i've made my point. Not to mention all creatures in this game never existed because they are different species of the original dinosaurs' genuses.

Almost none of them are accurate. Take Raptors who barely have any feathers, trikes who seem to be a hybrid of styracosaurus and triceratops, Pteranodons having teeth (their name literally translates to toothless), dimorphodons stealing all the Raptors other dinos feathers for themselves, and brontos possible being another species entirely. Oh and lets not forgot the impossible scenario of large dinosaur and mammals existing simultaneously on the ark.

Ark is a fantasy game filled with fantasy creatures. If you want scientific accurate dinosaurs you need to find another game.

All dinos is a little bit realistic.(exclude Giganoto)
Ark Triceratops = Real Styracosaurus
Ark Spino quadruped = Real biped
Ark Giganoto (3x bigger than Rex) = Real Giganoto smaller than Spino
Should be better if Dev try follow the real dino not create monsters.

Let's make a mod wher all dinos are replaced by skyscrapers cos that is more realistic :)
Gear Ratio Jan 14, 2016 @ 5:46pm
Actually, it's because in the game, the dinos aren't "real" dino's, but rather have been further evolved beyond their parent species. Hence the name, ARK: Survival "Evolved".
This may be a major part of the mysterious ARK lore that we're all desperately trying to figure out.
