Admin menu in dedicated server?

I just switched from administrating a non-dedicated server to now administrating a dedicated server. In a Non-DS I was able to see an admin menu in-game where I could kick and ban people. How do I do that in a DS server? I have a list of commands to put in the .ini file and my .bat that I've found but none of them show a function for this so far that I've read.

Edit: The only response I've seen on other peoples' complaints about this is to type in console: enable cheats youradminpassword. That doesn't do it though.

If u have ur own server (dedicated) and need to edit any file, u have to use a ftp software normaly.

after you type in enambecheats youradminpassword hit enter bring up consol again and type ShowMyAdminManager that brings up the in game admin panel. as for adding commands to the ini you will need an ftp client like filezilla as suggested above.

If you have a dedicated server, wherever you got that server from should give you an IP for the box and your Username and password. Just use Windows Remote Desktop and type in the ip let it connect and it should bring up the login screen as if you where sitting right there at the sever. From there just download the ark server manager tool and use it to edit your sever the at you want. Pretty simple and takes about 20 min to setup and launch
