Can't Craft Stone Fireplace

I can't craft a stone fireplace i have all the materials but im overweight.

Is there an error message or are you wondering how to craft it? What I did was built a large storage, put all the material in it and I took everything off me so I had enough weight available for the materials. I have never tried but can you craft inventory craft able stuff in the smity or only smity stuff or found blueprint can be crafted in it?

things can only be crafted where they are designed to be crafted. Smithy can only craft Smithy items, Fabricator can only craft Fabricator items, and a person can only Craft personal inventory items.

Without increasing his weight limit, it's not happening.

You do have an inventory amount limit if that's full it won't craft/ over over weight. You can go over weight and not move by like 20%but if that's maxed it won't let you do anything. drop your fiber and other items you have two min till they decompose

you can pick up 2.5 times your weight limit and craft. To me, weight was one of the more important things to raise since I kept getting too heavy to move well.

First thing I do is movement so I can run away from most anything then Mele dmg so I can accually kill/ ko ll Dino's then weight so I can start crafting and building a house. But that's on official/ low Xp servers

not sure if this still works, but get all the mats in to one or more boxes you can access without moving, then drop them a stack at at time from the boxes and pick them up from the floor. this used to bypass your max carry limit and might still do, but i already logged out and i'm too tired to bother testing it rn :p
also, do it on flat ground for least risk of shiz falling thru the floor.

movement seems a waste to me, especially if you are carrying so much that you can't move anyway...

weight was one of my top priorities, speed the last priority for me.

Maybe you should excercise some more, eat healthy and you'll get rid of that extra weight soon enough, making your fingers thin enough to craft.

Anyway I hated not being able to get away I would make myself fast enough to run from most Dino's then it was weight after that but not being able to run a little bit has killed me more times than I can count raptors are painses if there no big Dino's to run behind

Ah, Ark, where you need hundreds of pounds of carry weight to create a 4 pound item. jonqrandom's strategy works though.
