level up but no engram points

I'm playing a single player game and have reached level 38 but got no engram points awarded. is this a bug?

You only get the engram points after you apply the lvl up i.e. Boost hp,weight ect, until done the engram points are not added, other than that it's not one I have found yet.

Relog. Had this happen once too.

Hes level 38 and no engram points,,,, just relog. :)

I've had it happen at level 67 and 68. I'm about to hit level 69 and afraid it will be a waste. I've relogged multiple times and was even killed by a titanasaurus and still bugged.
