NP, hopefully the blood trans works on dino's/etc. im not sure though.
(do not see why it would not work)
If it doesn't work, use berries. Will take a while but I'm guessing they'll heal it. That works with carnivores (with meat obv).

yea, it does/can spead up healing, but not by much it seems (or at least that has been my experience), and kinda forgot about that.

its kinda odd that the herd types do not seem to eat anything (or maybe thats just my singleplayer game) lol

Creatures gain health back if they have enough food, just like you do. Throw some berries in it's inventory and that's it.

i just wanna say that none of the items in game ment to help humans heal work on dinos. also spamming food on carnivores work but on herbs there is not any real gain in hp. the only thing to do for them is to wait and they will regen on their own slowly.

has been tested, meat only heals cornivores, berriers dont seem to add any healing, that stew doesnt either, (unless changed quite lately)

Harvesting berries with herbivores will heal them. Much like corpses with predators.

So run around tramping bushes - should restore health faster.

Have a lot of barriers then force feed it with stim barries et makes det food go down and it will make it eat faster and then it will heal faster not as mush as Carno but better that nothing :)
