What is the best way to get food?

If you walk over bushes, you can hit E to loot them for berries.

You can also place a campfire and use it to cook meat from killing dilos or dodos, or chop meat off of any dead dino you happen to find to cook. Once you get a trike it becomes a lot easier to get berries.

Eat all kind of berry except white and black , kill dodo and fish for food , learn campfire , hachet , spear .

you get in your vehicle, get gas if you need it, then travel down to your local grocerymarket, and get it in the can or 'fresh' buy it, take it home and cook, then store leftovers in the fridge...
