Any tips for escaping whilst having a broken bone.

Can't seem to get past this issue.
I get far into the beginning, and then I get attacked and a broken bone and thus can not escape.

The broken bone is purely a way to say your about to die a bone is actually not broken. Make sure your food level is good and your not cold and your health with regen slowly (eat meat and you will gain a health increase)

How can I drop all my items at once.. is that what you do.. just before you die.. Or, is that why you make boxes

You can drop all of your items in your inventory by pressing 'I' and clicking on the button "Drop All Items" I believe. Or you can hover over an item and press 'O' on your keyboard. This should drop it.

If you have broken bones and need to escape, dropping everything isn't going to help I don't think. You still aren't going to outrun that trex or raptor, or most other dinos that broke your bones. At that point you best just start looking for landmarks so you know where to come find your body..

narcos heal a bit but watch for the topor, eat stimm to stay awake and drink after eating them - but mostly broken bones in a fight means looking for marks yes ( if you have a cooking pot and mortar make narcotic and cook em with red berrys to make heal portions )
