Help! How to force player into tribe?

Ok so i'll try to make this short. Basically: was playing with girlfriend on my non dedicated server. She died in the middle of nowhere and lost her dino and stuff ect. To avoid a rage fit i just force shut off game to prevent server from saving her death (Done this several times before, haven't had a problem with it up until today)

Ok here's the problem. When server is launched we were forced to make new characters. Our old characters are still in the world so we got our stuff back and we were able to console command our levels back, BUT we lost our tribe. Not totally anyways, our friend is still in there but he is only a member.

So yeah, how do we get into the tribe? The command "ForcePlayerToJoinTribe" isn't working for us, but maybe I'm just typing the command in wrong.

My Character name is "Echo"
Tribe Name "Tribe of Lai"
Typing in: "ForcePlayerToJoinTribe Echo Tribe of Lai" doesn't work

We have also tried whitelisting my friend to use console commands but we can't quite figure that out either. We were hoping to just have him use the "ForcePlayerTribeAdmin" cheat so he could invite us back to tribe, but nothing has worked.

Been at this for 2 hours and we really don't want to lose over 100 hours of gameplay so please help!!

Well we've already had a fair amount of trouble getting her game to start today so after all that this was just the icing on the cake. It's my Saturday man, was hopinh to not let a game ruin my weekend lol.

make sure you put "admincheat" at the start of the command
example:
"admincheat ForcePlayerToJoinTribe Echo Tribe of Lai"

Well the command is
ForcePlayerToJoinTribe <PlayerID> <TribeName>
You can use the command ShowMyAdminManager to get the PlayerID (you both have to be ingame to see the PlayerID)

I dont know if this command work, some of them seems to be buggy.
If you are back in your tribe use the command MakeTribeFounder to get back the leadership

Look at structure, use 'Cheat ForcePlayerToJoinTargetTribe 0', 0 is defining SELF-ID ;)

When you're in, do 'cheat MakeTribeAdmin' or 'cheat MakeTribeFounder' it'll be yourself being upped

Alright so I got it figured out. I went Into my admin menu and used the cheat directly from the list. Instead of putting my name I just used my server id #

Finally, tell your girlfriend to put her big girl pants on and just accept character death for the trivial thing it is. ;) Glad you got sorted but I wouldn't be doing any forced shutdowns again just to keep her happy.
