wait til nightime, when the message comes up look all over the sky, should see a lil light then chase him, yellow drops fall down

Usally circling the Red, Green or blue obilisk dropping gifts as he soars through the sky. look for announcment he has arrived then scan the skys

Not quite unfortunatly. I wish he only circled the Obilisks. He can appear basically anywhere, I had him spawn jusr over carno island and he dumped all of the presents into deeper parts of the water....Ya, wasn't fun.

I see him a lot during the day but Im guessing he only drops after the announcement at night.

Ya i've noticed that you can see a kinda cheesy animation for him, at any point into the day, but it isn't until you see the announcement saying he spawned can you find his presents.
