Smaller download size?

When i click to download ark as a new player it says that i need 329gb free storage is there any way i can download less gbs cause i only have about 60gb free on my drive.

Disable the DLC. It's trying to install some of the DLC, massively increasing the size of the game. Go to properties, and disable the DLC.

Even with just the base game only, it's going to be about 130ish GB's.

60 isn't enough.

At rest the base game is 130. But you need more then that to download, and unpack the installer and future patches

If you're installing on your system drive, make sure you have at least 10 gigs free or your system will slow to a crawl.

How in the world can gamers have this tiny amount of space in 2024?? Buy a 2TB SSD and lets gooo.. SSDs are cheap.
