Help with split screen

Can someone help me try to get the second player to join. I have 2 Xbox controllers.

There is only splitscreen on xbox one and PS4. PC/steam/epic does not support splitscreen. If you have a xbox one have the sec controller on and have the other person signed in and hit start.

Hey hopefully this isn't late but if you download a program called NucleusCoop it runs 2 instances of the game and it lets there be splitscreen! it also supports heaps of other games but I recommend checking it out if you want

Steam does not allow you to run two instances of the same game at one time so I'd be weary of any app that might circumvent that security feature. It may violate their EULA and get you banned.

Steam doesn't allow 2 different things either. One at a time only.

It does seem a bit sketchy but it’s pretty legit and I’ve been using it. As far as I can tell it runs it in an offline mode and it doesn’t let you play online but lets you run a local server thingy in order to let a second player join. I haven’t used it a lot but when I have used it it works.

lol yeah. playing with 20 Fps maybe xD

FPS are funny for some players. I was in a ark-forum and someone was writing: "okay my pc is very low but ark works really smooth, no FPS problems here". Then this guys was posting a pic with fps counter.. well.. 15 FPS, lol.
