How do i give my friend permission to build?

I just created a house in ark, and Im wondering how I can give my friend permission to build in my house as well so we can share it. I tried adding my friend into a tribe and promoting him to admin, but then none of us could build in my house :/

Edit the rules in the tribe manager for building. Tribe snap is what you're looking for most likely.
