look for GPUs that meet lenght. then look for PSU output and connectors needed for this GPU.
then do the same measures for PSU to fit it in your chasis.
simply as it is.
the gpus that are recommended for your pc are from 2007 by the way. any newer gpu wouldn't even be able to help at all since your mainboard can't handle it and your cpu too. way too old. this pc is a nearly 10 year old office pc. well you should browse some custom builds on the internet if you want to build a cheap computer. you should look here for example:
https://www.reddit.com/r/PCMasterRace/wiki/builds
(of course you should search for gaming pcs. the ones for 140€ and less are just for showing how cheap you can get a pc nowadays. the first gaming pc that may be able to run ark on low-medium settings would be the one for 422,21$ called The Next Gen Crusher since it outperforms the consoles already xD)

step1: go there https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7
step2: download the .ISO of windows
step3: install this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool
step4: start the tool, select the .ISO you just downloaded, select if you want to have it on a DVD or an USB-Stick and you're done.
