Giant Beaver Dam?

For some reason i cant accsess the dam invintory just lets me break it never open it

it has been looted by someone. you had just no luck.

Or it just got built but hasn't been populated by the beavers yet.

Or if you are playing in a PvE server , Dam will not work , they are blocked by nearby buildings and even if there is one , it can not be accessed .

If it's looted it will break, if you cannot access it that means it's partially underground it is a known bug.
