Unless you have a huge tribe the industrial cooker is a wast of time.
Yes, the Industrial Cooker can be connected to a water pipe.
What you do is run a pipe and tap right over the cooking pot.
That way you never have to move to refill your waterskins.
I'm not sure what you mean ... sure with a smaller tribe it can be tough to get all the resources, but it cooks 100s of kibble and colors in minutes. We have a large tribe, but we also have about 6 cookers between all of us.
It's an end game item and is suitably priced and makes life so much easier.
Because everybody needs to cook 100's of kibble and colors in minutes.
That doesn't surprise me that your tribe has 6, because like 2/3 of this game's player base likes to take everything to the unnecessary extreme.
The only way that the industrial cooker/forges make life easier is if you don't know how to build smart.
Our tribe has just the two of us but we built one just because we could
I respect that, because you aren't trying to rationalize it.
We have them spread out because we have multiple large bases, each with their collection of animals for eggs. We don't want to spend an hour hauling all the eggs to one base.
We have multiple bases spread out so if we're attacked, we have places to fall back to and aren't instantly whiped because of one attack.
We actively recruit pretty regularly, so our tribe is larger than average as far I can tell.
Higher tier animals can easily require over 100 kibble, so if you're trying to tame 2 or more you easily reach into the hundreds.
I'm not sure where your (admittedly mild) hostility is coming from?
Don't bother with Tsal, he's trolling and trying to start the same argument in this thread he already did in other threads this morning. Basically he doesn't believe in "end game" and thus all the end game content is no better than early game content.
