On a serious note.. anyone who makes mods or knows someone who makes mods is WELL AWARE of how easy it is to increase the number of slots in any structure, yet for whatever reason the devs won't even respond to these requests or complaints.
Who cares? You can't pin code a smith and it can be damaged with fists. It's no where near vault level storage. They don't need to make a new smith they just need to increase the number of slots or increase stack sizes.
The only other answer that makes balancing sense would be to adjust crafting recipes that exceed the limitations of the station used to craft them.
We don't need a new station. We need increased slots or increased stack sizes. This is the correct answer.
I would hope people would not make a vault and store in the smithy....noobs....
