strange issue with sabertooth breeding...

so, decided to try for a new baby sabertooth, everything was going fine till end of gestation, went out to check, saw gestation was over... no baby sabertooth, took to the skies, can't see anything... no death notice, nothing, is there some chance the mother won't have the baby, or is this some totally random bug?

If the latter two, are you using mods? I know of some mods that mess(ed) up breeding a while back

unoffical, never had a problem breeding a direwolf, but then i stopped playing for a while and the only mods the server uses ones that add new items to the game and a dragon one..

kinda odd really, just hatched an Argent egg no problems... could be possible in the minute i was making something on my fab, the baby died before i could imprint and feed it?

As babies wander, you probably missed it + no death message because it wasnt imprinted

yeah, starting to think that was the case, really should change that wandering after they are born thing, and maybe giving a notice if you are near by to let you know the baby has been born...
