Where is VivoxCore plugin?

Every time I start up a dedicated server, it kept saying Plugin 'VivoxCore' failed to load because module 'VivoxCore' could not be found. Please ensure the plugin is properly installed, otherwise consider disabling the plugin for this project."

I tried disabled it, starting up crashed it and gave me long list of issues, I looked up where to install it but could not find it.

Same here. Still no solution for this problem, even after deleting all game files and reinstalling.
I have an old version on another computer and it works.

Some ideas ?

I have both ortp_x64.dll and vivoxsdk_x64.dll in \Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Vivox\Win64 and just vivoxsdk.dll in \Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\VivoxCoreLibrary\Windows\Win64. No idea what is missing

did you verify your game files?
are you running linux/proton?

also some crapware from sound/audio card, usb headsets may interfer with such stuff.

Several times, including uninstall and reinstall 2 times.
Windows 10

How can I check for crapware? I have Xonar SoundCard. My output and input are both 3.5mm jacks.

Thing is, I tried SteamCMD, it refuses work due to "Steam> force_install_dir <install_dir>" not working, before and after "Steam> login anonymous." I made a post about that, no answers were successful, someone mentioned ASM so I tried that, didn't work. So I figured it's best to find VivoxCore plugin instead of diving deeper in the rabbit hole.

maybe it's your antivirus that is deleting the plugin on server loading ''cause antivirus software are pure crap.
