Missing Artifact

Anybody else having issues with the devourer artifact on valguero? following the wiki and nooblets video on the tube, the ledge its supposed to be on in the temple cave is empty.... just a little ledge with no artifact......

Ive chalked it up to the fact that artifacts arent always available, due to respawn timers but... A: ive never gotten it before, and B: its been about 4 or 5 real life days now of game time and still no artifact there...

Im in single player btw, any suggestions that dont require console commands? Ive reloaded the game a few times since i first went after it, just between play sessions.

Not just on Valguero, but on all the other maps too. No word from the devs about fixing it, and it seems to have been an issue that's been going on for years now
